Are you worn out and stressed out from working so hard to achieve success? There is a place in you where success comes faster, more easily, and more profoundly. Most people rarely access that place, and even the most successful achievers succeed (through hard work, demanding hours, and sheer will) almost in spite of themselves. If you knew how to access this place consistently, you would have more success, more happiness, more fulfillment, and more peace without the stress. Most people do not. I do. And I can help you do the same.
That is why I created the “Find Your Sweet Spot” Retreats. What better way to connect to your wisdom and eliminate the busy-mind syndrome than to get away from everything. By unplugging from the rest of your world and devoting 3 days to your well-being, you will come away from the Find Your Sweet Spot Retreat feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. But unlike a typical vacation where you get a temporary respite and then return to the same old treadmill, you will be transformed. You will be returning to your world with a deeper understanding of yourself and how you perform best. You will now have the tools to shift your mindset at will. You will understand how to reliably access creativity. You will be more productive than ever before but it will feel like you’re not working anywhere near as hard. In short, your life and your results will be transformed.
The human mind has a Sweet Spot - a state where you get maximum results and productivity without extra effort. Every golf club, tennis racquet, and baseball bat has a sweet spot. When you strike a ball with the sweet spot, you maximize the transfer of energy to the ball and generate optimal results given the amount of energy expended. In other words, you generate more power with less effort. When you miss the sweet spot, you get less than optimal results. You have to supply much more effort to get comparable results, and you get tired faster. If you attribute the lack of success to anything other than operating outside of the sweet spot, you will notice your performance decline. It becomes about you. Now you have a problem that needs to be solved. Maybe its mental. Maybe its physical. Pretty soon, something simple has turned into an ordeal. If you just put your attention back on hitting the Sweet Spot, your perceived problems would disappear. It is the same with matters of the mind. Finding the pace of thought that maximizes focus, productivity, efficiency, and creativity is not complex but it is not widely understood. In this retreat, you will learn the most powerful peak performance principles so that you never have to operate out of your Sweet Spot again!
What can be accomplished by living from the Sweet Spot? Here are a few examples. In less than 90 days, I wrote the first draft of my book, “How Much Freedom Can You Stand?,” which consists of 45 chapters and over 100,000 words. The writing process was entirely effortless. Most of my writing sessions were between 1 and 2 hours, and I never, not even once, used any form of artificial stimulation. In less than 2 weeks, I wrote and developed this entire website on a platform I had never worked on before. And I integrated an email/newsletter system that I had never worked with either. These are projects that most people procrastinate, struggle with, and often never finish (sometimes they don't even bother to start).
Recently, I had a 14-month hiatus from playing tennis. I am an avid tennis player so this was a pretty big deal for me; or at least it would have been in the past. It used to be that I could not go more than a week without playing; otherwise, I would stress and obsess to the point where my performance dropped significantly. This hiatus was dramatically different. As time passed, I noticed that I wasn't playing tennis, and I felt completely at ease. I had no concerns about the state of my game. When I resumed playing, it was as though I had never taken a break. Amazingly, I played just as well as when I last picked up a racket 14 months earlier. What had changed? Two things were different. First, how I responded to my own thinking had changed. Thoughts that used to cause me to lapse into doubt, concern, and anxiety no longer had any power. I recognized that thoughts of poor performance were normal when you are not playing regularly so I did not add any meaning (i.e., more thinking) to them. Consequently, the thoughts did not linger in my mind. Second, I recognized that my sense of self-esteem was not contingent on how well I played tennis. Without my whole identity and happiness on the line, I was able to relax and focus on playing the game, instead of battling my mind.
Here is the most important thing to get from these examples. Whatever I was able to accomplish had nothing to do with me. Far from it! It is a function of a healthy mind functioning at optimum performance. It works with sports. It works with work. It works with business. It works with life. And it is available to everyone much more easily than you realize!
Anyone can accomplish great things on a regular basis when they are working in the Sweet Spot. Whatever projects you are working on, whatever area of life you want to improve, you will get phenomenal results when your mind is operating in this ideal state. If you are ready to perform at a whole different level, to achieve more without the stress and struggle, and to enjoy your life on a grand scale, I invite you to join me for the best, most life-changing weekend of your life.
